Singing a song for a cultural program

There is a cultural program on May 24, 2009. I am going to sing a song in a group in the program. The peoples who are going to sing the song with me are Ruby, Rosie, Roz, Salina, Slesa and Monee. Those are the peoples I know but there are some few more peoples in the group. I will ask their names next week. Every week we practice the song together. Prajwol uncle plays a black guitar for the song. Sugandha uncle plays an orange guitar for the song too! And baba plays tabalas. The tabala is a drum a Nepalese drum. My sister wants to sing the song too but I am worried she will mess up in the program. I wish she could be included in the song. Here is a small video of our song practice.

Field trip to Museum

My class and I went to the Laurel museum on April 21, 2009.  We learnt that in 1950s peoples used a big big pot to wash themselves.  They get water from the river. The river was so deep where people can swim. People use the big pot to get water from the river. Then peoples put it in the fire place. The water slowly warmed up. When the water was hot then they took a bath. But still they did not smell good. So they had a little bag of good smelly things like perfume and they put the smelly objects in there chest or under there shirt. Then their whole body had good smell. That is what I learned about the life of people in 1950s in the museum.
